At The Hashmi Group ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to delivering exceptional value and service to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed and explicitly states that all refunds are issued solely as service credits via The Hashmi Wallet.
By subscribing to or purchasing any of our services, you fully agree to the terms of this policy. This Refund Policy supersedes and overrides any other refund clause or condition stated in any agreement, contract, proposal, invoice, or communication.

Refund Format

We do not issue refunds in cash, bank transfer, credit card reversal, or any other monetary form.
Instead, 100% of any amount paid to The Hashmi Group—whether it's the first month, a full project fee, or any other service-related payment—is refunded only as service credits to The Hashmi Wallet. These credits can be used exclusively to avail other services provided by The Hashmi Group, subject to availability and current offerings.

Refund Process

To request a refund in the form of Hashmi Wallet credits:

Provide your account details and a brief explanation for the refund request.

Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, the entire eligible paid amount will be credited to your Hashmi Wallet within up to 90 business days.

Wallet Usage Guidelines

Credits in The Hashmi Wallet are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used within The Hashmi Group’s ecosystem.

You may use the credited amount for any other service that is available at the time of redemption.

Partial usage of credits is allowed, and remaining balances will stay in your wallet until fully utilized.

Exclusions
​
Refunds as Hashmi Wallet credits will not be granted if:

The client fails to provide required due diligence documentation when requested.

The client violates any terms of service or is found misusing services.

Services have been already consumed or delivered in full, and no further credits can be applied.

Limitation of Liability
​
If a refund request is approved, The Hashmi Group’s liability is limited strictly to the issuance of 100% of the amount paid in the form of Hashmi Wallet credits. We are not liable for any consequential losses, opportunity costs, or indirect damages.
