Terms & Conditions

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Hashmi Group, a Startup Management Consulting Firm ("Consultant," "we," or "us"), and the client engaging in our services ("Client" or "you").

 

 1. Services: 

The Hashmi Group agrees to provide startup management consulting services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon project scope. Any modifications to the scope of services must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

 

 2. Fees and Payment: 

Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the proposal or engagement agreement provided by The Hashmi Group. Invoices will be issued as per the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Indian law.

 

 3. Confidentiality: 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, and any other proprietary data.

 

 4. Intellectual Property: 

All intellectual property developed during the engagement will be the exclusive property of the Client. The Hashmi Group retains no rights to any products, processes, or materials produced during the course of the consulting services.

 

 5. Termination: 

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Termination terms and any associated fees are detailed in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due.

 

 6. Governing Law: 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within [Specify City or Jurisdiction].

 

 7. Limitation of Liability: 

The Hashmi Group shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

 8. Communication: 

Clear and timely communication is essential. Both parties commit to responding promptly to inquiries and providing necessary information for the successful execution of the consulting services.

 

 9. Miscellaneous: 

Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between The Hashmi Group and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

 

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
